I will always treasure my memories of dear kind Avadhut. My impressions of him are his gentleness, thoughtfulness, sweetness, knowledge and his gratitude, courage and perseverance.
Whenever I encountered him, he would consistently inquire on the well-being of my family members who he has known. As I shared with him the last time I saw him, a few days before he died, I so appreciated the beatific smile on his face when he handed me my birthday card June of this year.
I am so grateful to have had Avadhut as a shining member of our community as well as a role model. I'm also grateful for his dedicated service to our community and meditation center.
