Jose Resto Garcia, of South Fallsburg, passed away on Friday, August 03, 2018 at Achieve Rehab and nursing Facility. He was 73 years old. The son of the late Ricardo Resto and Patricia Garcia he was born November 08, 1944 in Junco, Puerto Rico.
