Obituary of Haydy Cortes

Haydy Cortes, of Bloomingburg, passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Orange Regional Medical Center. She was 57.

She was the daughter of the late Israel Cortes, born on February 14, 1961 in Colombia.

Haydy loved to spend her time with her peers and housemates. She was very well loved by her friends and extended family, she had a smile that would brighten up a room and anybody's mood. She had the happiest face you would ever see.

She is survived by her step-mother Maria Rojas; as well as her friends and extended family at Crystal Run Village, Inc.

Visitation will be held from 11 to 12 on Monday, July 23, 2018 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788. A funeral service will begin at 12:00pm Father Sheehan will officiate. Burial will follow at Woodbourne Cemetery
