Obituary of Hannah Grace Favre

Hannah Grace Favre, of Liberty, passed away in her sleep on Sunday, May 6, 2018. She was 5 months. She was the daughter of Robert C. Favre and Ashley C. Horton, born on December 13, 2017 in Harris, NY. "I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, as long as I'm living, my baby you'll be." Hannah leaves behind to cherish her memory, her parents; brothers: Ian Horton and Cameron Favre; grandparents Lisa and Brent Lawrence and Doug and Patricia DeVeau; her aunt Ashley Lawrence and uncle Matthew DeVeau. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7pm on Friday, May 11th at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home.
