Obituary of Kenneth I Alger

Kenneth I. Alger, of Livingston Manor, passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018. He was 85.

He was the son of the late Edward Alger and Anita Lord, born on November 5, 1932 in Masonville, NY.

Kenneth proudly served our country in the US Army during the Korean War. Before his retirement he worked as a laborer for Falls Chicken Plant in Livingston Manor, NY. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his devoted wife of over 50 years, Lucy E. (Perry) Alger; his children: Kenneth Alger Jr., Patty Alger, Mark Alger, Terry Dubas and Timothy Alger; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6pm on Tuesday, May 8th at Colonial-Bryant Funeral Home, 29 Pearl Street, Livingston Manor, NY 12758. Full military honors service will follow at the funeral home.
