Obituary of Edward Thomas Carroll, Jr.

Edward Thomas Carroll, Jr., of Ellenville, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Ellenville Regional Medical Center. He was 48.

He was the son of the late Edward T. Carroll, Sr. and Jo Jeffries, born on March 7, 1969 in New York City, NY.

Edward was a hardworking and motivated person, he used that motivation to be a self-employed plumber working in both plumbing and heating. In his free time he enjoyed fishing and NASCAR, but he truly loved spending his time with his children; he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.

He is survived by devoted wife Jennifer F. Carroll, his children: Alicia O'Neill of Ellenville, Amanda Carroll of Connecticut, Thomas Carroll of Albany, and Rit and Rebecca Carroll both of Ellenville; his grandchildren: Cooper O'Neill and Teagan Newmark both of Ellenville; as well as a sister Debbie Rogers of Massachusetts.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 from 4 to 6pm at Ellenville Assembly of God, 67 Canal Street, Ellenville, NY 12428. A funeral service will be held at 5pm at the church. Pastor Brenda Cates will officiate.
