Obituary of Maria Perez Infante
Maria Perez Infante, a long-time resident of the Monticello area died Tuesday, the 16th of January at Orange Regional Medical Center.
Born in 1947 in San Sabastian, Puerto Rico, she lovingly cared for her children, grandchildren and husband, who miss her dearly.
She guided her life by the values of her deep Christian faith. She appreciated the love of the sisters and brothers of Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal, Monticello.
Maria is survived by her husband Modesto Cruz, their two children, Micky Ross and Miguel Cruz, their nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, who brought great joy to her heart.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gumersindo Perez, her mother, Andrea Infante, and three children, Modesto Cruz III, Myrta Lowe and Lizette Cruz.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 12 to 3pm at Colonial-Ramsay Funeral Home, 55 St. John Street, Monticello, NY 12701. A funeral service will be held at 2pm. Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery.
