Obituary of Mark Turner

Mark Turner, of Liberty, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2018 at Achieve Rehab & Nursing. He was 54. He was the son of Frederick G. Turner and Carol A. Skubon, born on January 25, 1963 in Liberty, NY. Mark truly loved his job as a truck driver, driving a big rig over the open road was a passion for him. When he wasn't spending time behind the wheel he also enjoyed camping with his grandsons. He was a former member of the Hurleyville and Youngsville Fire Departments. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed. He is survived by his parents: Frederick and Carol; his children: Stacey and Ryan Turner; his grandchildren Skyler, Shane, Katlyn, Khalil, Avery and Julian; his brothers Craig Turner and his wife, Cris and Glen Turner and his wife Terry; and niece and nephews Brandi, Jacob and Derek; his former companion, Luanne Youmans, who is like a grandmother to his grandchildren, especially close to Skyler and Shane; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
