My dear Pam,
I am so sorry that I wasn't always there for you. I feel guilty that as our lives and schedules became busier and more complicated, and you still found the time to call me because I rarely called you. You taught me a lesson to never take family and friends for granted, no matter what!
I will always cherish the times that we did connect and how I would never get off the phone without trying to at least make you laugh and feel a little better about what ever it was that bothered you. I will miss your laugh, it was infectious.
Thank you for the lesson that you just taught me on how not to be selfish about the time spent on family and friends. I just wish you did it a different way other than leaving me behind to start your new journey.
I love you and miss you.
