Obituary of William R. Rejmaniak
William R. “Bill” Rejmaniak, of Middletown, passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2016. He was 74.
He was the son of the late Joseph Rejmaniak and Olive Briard, born on October 31, 1941 in Middletown, NY.
Bill proudly served our country in the US Marine Corps, dedicating 20 years of his life to the service. He continued his career as a correctional officer for the Orange County Sheriff’s Office until his retirement. In his free time he enjoyed hunting, fishing and photography. He was a member of the American Legion Post 151, Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 140, Polish Legion of American Vets Post 16 and a member of the Marine Corps. League. He was a loving brother and friend, he will be deeply missed.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his twin brother Robert Rejmaniak; as well as many cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's name can be made to your local Toys For Tots.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm at Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, 72 W. Main St, Middletown, NY 10940. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Monday, September 19th at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Orange County Veterans Cemetery, Goshen, NY with full military honors.
