Obituary of John Kohler

John "Jack" Kohler, of Montgomery, passed away on Friday, September 2, 2016. He was 60. He was the son of Joan Marie Pink and the late John Donald Kohler, born on January 22, 1956 in Long Island, NY. Jack was a people person to say the least, he enjoyed helping people, making people happy and most of all meeting new people. He had a real interest in the military and was a topic you could easily have a conversation about with him. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and friends and especially enjoyed his time with his girlfriend Gloria. He was a loving son and friend and will be deeply missed. He is survived by his mother Joan; close family friends Mary Dwyer and Elizabeth Liddell; his girlfriend Gloria; and all his friends and extended family at Crystal Run Village. He is predeceased by his father and his sister Kathi Maguire. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 from 11 to 12p at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788. A funeral service to follow at the funeral home. Fr.
