Obituary of Saida Medina

Saida Medina 9/12/1985 – 8/26/2016, 30 years old Of Livingston Manor, NY Saida Medina passed away on Friday, August 26, 2016 after a lifetime of struggles; with her fiance by her side. She was 30 years old. Saida was born on September 12, 1985 in Brooklyn, NY. The daughter of the late Angel and Iris Medina; Saida lived in Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Livingston Manor for the majority of her life. Saida was a loving mother, and a strong, independent woman. She was an inspiration to many; she fought hard every day to live, and always had a smile on her face. She could conquer anything. Saida's children were her reason to keep pushing on, making sure they had what they needed, she would go without. Saida is survived by the love of her life & fiance, Marc Puryear, her 3 children: Xaira Sennet, Angel Martinez, and Alisia Martinez. She is also survived by 2 siblings: David George Enriquez and his wife, Keri of North Carolina, and Jennifer Medina and her significant other Terrence Hayden, of Liberty, NY, and her brother in law Frank K. Kuttner; as well as many nieces and nephews. Saida was predeceased by her parents, Angel & Iris, and her sister Joanna Medina, and her grandmothers and grandfathers. Visitation for Saida will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016, from 2pm – 4pm at the Colonial-Bryant Funeral Home Inc., 29 Pearl St. Livingston Manor, NY. Cremation will be private and at the convenience of the family.
