Obituary of Robert Sedricke

Robert Sedricke of Montgomery passed away on Friday, August 5, 2016 at Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 76. He was the son of Nora and Joseph Sedricke, born on September 25, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY. He was a dedicated sports fan; the NY Knicks and the Dallas Cowboys were his favorite teams. He loved to go to Barnes and Nobles, he had an extensive collection of books, magazines and newspapers. In his free time he loved to play cards especially War; he was known to cheat for the other person to make the game last longer. Every day he would repeatedly make Christine and Alysha tell him he was handsome and skinny. Robert was a loving person who had a heart of gold, he will be missed by everyone that he knew and loved him. He is survived by his best friend Barry Becker, all of his house mates and his extended family at Crystal Run Village. Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 from 11:00am-12:00pm at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52 Woodbourne, NY 12788. A funeral service will follow at 1200pm. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Woodbourne, NY.
