Obituary of Donald H Zeininger

Donald H. Zeininger October 1, 1928 – November 23, 2015 Donald H. Zeininger, of Swan Lake, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2015 in Harris, NY. He was 87. He was the son of the late Henry Zeininger and Goldie Davis, born on October 1, 1928 in Hancock, NY. During World War II, Donald proudly served our country in the US Army. He then worked as a truck driver for AHRC in Monticello until he retired. Everyone that knew him, knew he enjoyed life to the fullest and was a great family man. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend he will be deeply missed and fondly remembered. He is survived by his devoted wife of 62 years, Catherine at home; his three sons: Donald Jr. and his wife, Joanne of Santa Fe, NM, Kevin and his wife, Susan of Middletown and Mark and his wife, Dawn of Debruce; his grandchildren: Mark, Mandy and Kevin; his great-granddaughter Annika, and his siblings Richard Zeininger, Ralph Van Pelt, Rosemary “Blondie” Wilson, Bruce Van Pelt and Carol “Susie” Van Pelt. He is preceded in death by his sister Rosella Zeininger. Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
