Obituary of Louise Oakley

Louise Oakley of Loch Sheldrake passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at home with her family by her side. She was 63. She was the daughter of the late Robert Louis and Bernice Ann Donaldson Bingell, born on March 26, 1952 in Ossining, NY. She was a proud graduate of Ossining High School with honors in short hand and typing. She enjoyed crafts and particularly crocheting. She would often enjoy sitting outside and relaxing. She liked doing puzzles but she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and family. She always made her home a warm and welcoming place for all to come and visit. She will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved her. She was survived by her loving daughters Bonnie Oakley and Rebecca Oakley and her companion Frank Magie, her seven grandchildren Joshua, Cody and Jillian Mansfield, Tylor, Kenneth and Cheyenne Irwin, and Austin Magie, her siblings Robert Bingell, Debra LaRotonda and Henry Bingell and his wife Brenda and a host of friends. She was predeceased by her devoted husband of 43 years Raymond Oakley. Memorial visitation will be on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52 Woodbourne, NY 12788 from 6-8:00pm. A funeral service will be on Tuesday, evening at 7:30pm at the funeral home.
