Obituary of Steve Draganchuk

Steve Draganchuk "Our Laddy Boy" of Greenfield Park went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 92. He was the son of the late Roman and Marcella Pretika Draganchuk born on January 19, 1923 in Oak Ridge, NY. Steve loved the outdoors and everything it had to offer. He enjoyed hunting and fishing but he especially liked spending time and working in his garden. He spent plenty of time splitting wood and enjoyed aviation and equipment. He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to all that knew and loved him; he will be deeply missed. He is survived by his loving children Stephen Draganchuk and his wife April, Raymond Draganchuk and his wife Donna, Linda Draganchuk, Stella Forbes and her husband Brad, Susan Ciccotello and her husband Jeff, Edward Draganchuk and his wife Tina, his grandchildren Kim, Kevin, Jennifer, Matthew, Jesica, Kelly, Jason, Adam, Lauren, Alex, Evan, Natalie, his great grandchildren, Anabella, Leonidas, Ashton, Alexander, Scarlet and Abigail. He was predeceased by his devoted wife Kathryn Draganchuk, his brothers Nicholas Draganne, Frank Draganchuk and John Draganne, and one sister Katherine Budniak. Visitation will be on Friday, August 21, 2015 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788 from 2-4:00 pm & 7-9:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 6317 State Route 42 Woodbourne, NY 12788 at 10:00am. Father Lynch will officiate. Interment will be at Fantinekill Cemetery, Ellenville, NY.
