Obituary of Harold Tremper

Harold W. Tremper of Woodbourne passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility surrounded by his loving family. He was 88. He was the son of the late Frank and Clara Tremper, born on October 24, 1926 in South Fallsburg. He was the widow of Marguerite Tremper. Harold worked at Fallsburg Central School of over thirty years as a custodian. He enjoyed spending time with his family and smoking a good cigar. He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to all that knew and loved him; he will be deeply missed. He is survived by his loving sons Paul Tremper and his wife Barbara of Rock Hill, Aaron Tremper and his wife Cheryl of Woodridge, his grandchildren Lori Tremper-Feldman and her husband Lee, Trina Moresco and her husband Edward, Aubrey, Aaron, Kyle, Alisha, Kaylee Tremper, five great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, one sister Joyce Muthig, many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his one son Wayne Allen Tremper. Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52 Woodbourne, NY 12788, from 2-4:00pm and 7-9:00pm. A funeral service will be on Wednesday evening at the funeral home at 8:00pm Rev. Roy Shaffer will officiate. Interment will be on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Hurleyville Cemetery at 11:00am.
