I am thankful for all of the memories that I have of Ed. We grew up together, and along with many other friends we formed a large, crazy, funny and at times dysfunctional, family. He will be forever in my heart! My sincerest condolences to Amanda, the children and Joey. xoxoxoxox

The passing of a loved one is never easy, but especially so when it is a young father and husband. I do not know this individual but had to stop a moment and share my sympathy with his loved ones. At times like this, there is much emotion and many questions. The bible calls death an "enemy," (I Corinthians 15:26) and continues that it will soon be "brought to nothing." It was obvious from what I read that this man had conviction to try and improve matters for others by serving his country. The bible promises that soon God's government will permanently remove all human suffering and reunite us with our loved ones. Psalms 37:10,11 describes it this way, "Just a little while longer and the wicked will be no more...but the meek will possess the earth, and they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace." Revelation 21:4 promises, "God will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more." In the days ahead, may this reality bring you comfort and hope.

This is so very hard for me because Eddie was part of my family, and I have known him since he first moved to Shandelee and loved him almost as long. I was at his mother's funeral and remember Eddie and Joey being so young and now his son is about the same age and going through the same sadness. My sincere condolences to his wife and children, I can't even express how horrible I feel for all of you, and to Joey, please remember we are your family and love you so much! there are so many sweet and funny memories that we share. Now is the time to remember the love, it will help to get us through the pain. You are all forever in our thoughts, our hearts, and in our prayers.
Love,
Marie
