Obituary of Mary Wolcott

Mary Louise Wolcott of Livingston Manor passed away at home on Tuesday, May 14, 2013. She was 63. She was the daughter of the late George and Ursula Roirdan Hartling, born on August 7, 1949 in Queens, NY. She was a devout member and communicant of St. Aloysius Church. For many years she worked at Livingston Manor Central School as a teacher's aide. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all that knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed. Faith and family is what our mother held closest to her heart. She enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her three treasures. Heaven has gained an angel, it is we, her family, that must be content to go on with our cherished memories and the hope, that if we listen quietly enough, feel her guiding presence. She is survived by her husband, Walter Wolcott whom she married on August 31, 1968; her children: Tami Harris and her husband, Jody of Stateville, NC, Daniel Wolcott and his wife, Brea of Livingston Manor; her three treasures: Jackson and Bronwynn Wolcott and Cody Harris; her sister, Patricia Severing; sisters-in-law, Patricia Hartling and Barbara O`Dell; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. She was predeceased by her brothers, Richard Hartling and his wife, Kate and Daniel Hartling; brothers-in-law: Gene Wolcott, Jim Serving and John O`Dell. Visitation will be on Saturday, May 18th from 5 to 8 p.m. and on Sunday, May 19th from 2 to 4 & 7to 9 p.m. at Herbert C. Bryant Funeral Home, 29 Pearl St,. Livingston Manor, NY 12758.
