Obituary of Mildred Santiago

Mildred "Millie" Santiago of Loch Sheldrake, NY passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at Orange Regional Medical Center. She was 64. Millie was the daughter of the late Luis and Alicia Irizzay Santiago born on July 27, 1950 in Manhattan, NY. Millie was a dedicated WWE and New York Yankees fan who will be fondly remembered for her beautiful smile and warm, welcoming heart. She was devoted to her Catholic faith and was well-known for her singing talents. She was a friend to many and will be deeply missed by her friends and family. Millie leaves behind one sister, Yvonne Santiago of Rock Hill, NY, and her extended family at New Hope Community. She is predeceased by one sister Rosa Santiago. There will be a Mass of Christian burial on Friday, September 5, 2014 at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, 70 Carmelite Drive, Middletown, NY at 11:30am. Interment will follow at St. Raymond's Cemetery, Bronx, NY.
