Obituary of Tracy Churak

Tracy Lynn Churak o fGreenfield Park a Program Aid for the State of New York passed away at home peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, April 10, 2010. The daughter of the late Jane A. Cole , she was born March 14, 1962 in Middletown, NY. Tracy loved her flowers, crafts and baking. She was a wonderful wife, sister, aunt & friend. Through all her ups & downs, Tracy never complained or gave up. She had an incredible faith that helped her througt the most difficult times of her life. She touched the hearts on many, whether you knew her for a while or just met her for a second, you would never be able to forget her. She is survived by her husband Timothy of seven years at home her sister Cathy McKiernan of Middletown a nephew Danny McKiernan, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Alex and Mathalie Churcak , and Tina MacKay along with several cousins . Visitation will be held on Wednesday Apr. 13, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home 396 State Route 52 Woodbourne. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at the funeral home at 11:00am interment will be held at the convience of the family.
