Obituary of Carlos Joshua Diaz

Carlos Joshua Diaz of Newark, New Jersey passed away on Monday, June 24, 2013 at Triatas Hospital, surrounded by his family. He was 27. He was the son of Maria T. Flores and Carlos Diaz born on October 09, 1985 in the Bronx, NY. He leaves behind a devoted wife Olivia Diaz, a loving daughter Ava Maria Angel Diaz, 8 brothers, 5 sisters and a host of extended family and friends. Visitation will be on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52 Woodbourne, NY 12788 from 2-4:00pm. A funeral service will follow at 4:00pm at the funeral home with Rev. Norman R. Graves officiating.
