Obituary of Clara Horbak

Clara Lauraine Horbak of Fallsburg passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Catskill Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family. She was 71. She was the daughter of the late Donald and Clara Sprague Shook, born on August 18, 1940 in Callicoon, NY. She was an active member of the Hurleyville Methodist Church. Clara enjoyed many things such as arts and crafts and needlework; her favorite pass time was genealogy. She leaves behind to cherish her memory one daughter Lorry-Lynn Irwin and her husband Robert, two grandsons, one great granddaughter, and one brother Edgar Shook, of Florida, several nieces and one nephew. Services were held privately at the conveniences of the family. Donations in Clara's name can be made to the National Kidney Foundation 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016.
