Obituary of Raymond Grandville

Raymond John Grandville of Livingston Manor passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Roscoe Regional Rehab & RHCF. He was 71. He was the son of the late Albert and Angelina Volpe Grandville, born on February 5, 1940 in the Bronx, NY. Raymond proudly served our country in the United State Marine Corp. from 1958-1961. For 32 years he was a driver for UPS before retiring. Raymond was an avid hunter but above everything else he loved to spend time with his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend that will be sorely missed by all that knew and loved him. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 13 years Josephine Grandville, his children Albert Grandville and his wife Lisa of Fl., Raymond Grandville and his wife Michelle, Angela Kramer and her husband Gregory, Grace Grandville, Toni Ann Mannino and her husband John, and Kevin Hammershoy and his wife Barbara all of Long Island, seven grandchildren, one sister-in-law Mary Lou Grandville, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers Gerald and Ernest Grandville. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at Sullivan County Veteran Cemetery, Liberty, NY at 11:00am with full military honors.
