Obituary of Rosalind Natale

Rosalind C. Natale of Mountaindale passed away on December 27, 2011 at Catskill Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her family. She was 62. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Crivello Russo, born on June 27, 1949 in Brooklyn, NY. She was predeceased by her brothers Billy and Salvatore Russo. Rosalind was a caring, funny, and intelligent person. Some of her favorite past times were shopping, going to the beach, and educating people about alternative medicine; but most of all she loved being with her family and friends. Rosalind devoted her entire life to raising her children and grandchildren. She was a loving mother and grandmother and a great friend. Her time with family and friends was cut short, but her memories will last forever. She is survived by four loving daughters Andrea Natale, Roxanne VanBlarcom, Rosalind E. Natale, and Nicolette Natale; twelve grandchildren Amato Natale, Michael Natale-Proffitt, Rosa-Leen Proffitt, Dino Natale, Anna Natale, Joseph Aitken, Joseph Natale, Michael Storms, Bianca VanBlarcom, Nicholas Storms, Gavin Storms, and Valentino Diaz; two great grandchildren Amato Natale and Evalina Kraycer; and six siblings Anthony, Joseph, Annette, Emily, Bruce, and Donna. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 10:00am at the funeral home. Interment will follow after the service.
