Obituary of Elaine B Guttadoro

Elaine B. (Belotti) Guttadoro, of New Rochelle, and long time resident of Bronx, NY, passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at the Nursing Home at the Wartburg. She was 90.
She was born on March 7, 1929 in Bronx, NY to Angelo and Lena (Bozzone) Belotti, as the youngest of four children. 
Elaine was a long time resident of the Bronx before moving to New Rochelle, NY around 1981 where she resided on Davenport Avenue until July 10, 2009 when she moved to Assisted Living at the Wartburg in Mount Vernon, NY. She attended Evander Childs High School in the Bronx and spent many years working as an accounting clerk for The New York Telephone Company-Nynex-Verizon. She was a diehard Yankees fan, and attended many games in her younger years and obtained many famous players autographs. On July 10, 1966 she married the love of her life Gaspare "Ernie" Guttadoro at Immaculate Conception Church in the Bronx. They were married 39 years when Ernie passed away on August 3, 2005.
She is survived by her Godson and nephews Francis De Respinis of Raleigh, NC and her niece Rita Leone of Venice, FL. She is predeceased by her husband Ernie; sisters Anna and Adele; brother Ralph; as well as her nephew Alfred "Butch" Leone; niece Denise Valek; and great-nephew John Valek.
Visitation will be held from 10 to 11am at St. Gabriel's Church, 120 Division St., New Rochelle, NY 10801. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, NY.
