I will never forget the way Tom would sing “New York, New York” by Frank Sinatra. He would approach the song with so much feeling that it seemed to transport him for that moment. I’ll never know what the song truly meant to him but thanks to Tom it now means something to me.
One day at New Hope, Tom was patiently waiting for his ride home when we decided to check out YouTube. We landed on a clip of Abbot and Costello’s “Who’s on first?” and Tom lit up with a laugh that got the whole room going. This was a gift. Thank you Tom, Rest In Peace.
