Obituary of Carmen Millan

Carmen Millan, of Monticello, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at Catskill Regional Medical Center. She was 73. She was the daughter of the late Justo Figueroa and Anna Santiago, born on August 1, 1945 in Manati, Puerto Rico. Visitation will be held from 11am to 4pm on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788. A funeral service will be held at 12pm at the funeral home that day. Burial will follow at Woodbourne Cemetery.
