The daughter of the late David and Ethel Sprague Seeley, she was born on May 15, 2019 in Livingston Manor, New York.
She was the widow of Percy Winner.
She leaves behind her daughter, Dianne Catizone and her husband, David of Livingston Manor, NY, and her son, David Winner of Arizona.
No services will be held.
