Obituary of Patricia Card

Patricia Card of Monticello, passed away on May 06, 2019 at the Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility. She was 76. The daughter of the late George and Madeline Card, she was born on February 09, 1943 in Middletown, New York. Patricia loved sitting outside with her shades on, doing arts and crafts, making sure everyone she knew had a necklace, and going to program. She loved everything and everyone around her, and was always happy. She will be deeply missed. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her extended family and friends at Crystal Run Village Visitation will be held from 10 to 11:00 AM on Monday, May 13, 2019 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788 with a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Rev. Walter Haaf will be officiating. Interment will follow at the Woodbourne Cemetery, Parsonage Road, Woodbourne, NY.
