Obituary of Bruce M. Krum

Bruce M. Krum of Livingston Manor, passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Robinson Terrace. He was 74. He was the son of the late Leslie and Ethelyn Hackett Krum, born on February 8, 1944 in Neversink, NY. Bruce worked at Livingston Manor Central School District as a teacher for many years until he retired. When he wasn't working he was a true outdoorsman by nature. He found farming, gardening and camping to be his true passions. He loved animals but especially horses. He was a loving man that would always be ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He is survived by his children Paul Krum and his wife Kim of Stamford, NY, Carla M. Krum of Cobleskill, NY, his grandchildren Samuel J. Krum of Stamford, and Mary C. Krum of Cobleskill, his canine companions Missy and Samantha and a host of friends. Visitation will be today, Saturday, November 24, 2018 from 4-6:00pm at Colonial- Bryant Funeral Home 29 Pearl Street, Livingston Manor, NY 12788. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at 3:00pm at the funeral home. Interment will be on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Ouleout Valley Cemetery, Franklin, NY. In lieu of flowers donations in Bruce's name can be made to the Sullivan County SPCA 104 Rock Hill Drive, Rock Hill, NY 12775.
