Matthew Balboa, of Staten Island, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2017. He was 28. He was the son of the late Robert S. Balboa and Julie Ann McGeever, born on October 27, 1988 in Honesdale, PA. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 13th at 1pm at St. Peter's Church, 262 N. Main Street, Liberty, NY 12754. Burial to follow in St. Peter's Cemetery.
