Obituary of Angel M. Sanabria Roman

Angel M. Sanabria Roman of Liberty passed away on Friday, July 7, 2017 at home. He was 75.

He was the son of the late Mariano Sanabria and Laura Roman Lopez, born on January 8, 1942 in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico. 

Angel worked at Catskill Regional Medical Center for 32 years in the Dietary Department. He enjoyed gardening, attending church and most of all spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife Stacey Hollenbeck Sanabria of Liberty, his son Andrew Hollenbeck of Liberty and his son AJ Hollenbeck of Woodridge, his daughter Laura Echenique and her husband Ricardo, and their children Linda and Isabella of Mississippi, his son Angel Sanabria Jr. of Florida, Leticia, Ruth, Maria Sanabria of Puerto Rico, three sisters one brother of Puerto rice, one sister of California, several grandchildren nieces and nephews of Puerto Rico.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52 Woodbourne, NY 12788 from 2-4:00pm and 7-9:00pm. A Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 10:00am, Pastor Roberto Villafuente will officiate. Burial will follow at Grahamsville Rural Cemetery.
