Obituary of Abner R. Mann

Abner R. Mann, Jr. of Wurtsboro, formerly of Orange County passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2017 of a long term illness. He was 66. He was the son of the late Abner R. Mann Sr. and Harriett Baltimore Mann, born on September 5, 1950 in Newburgh, NY. He was a custodian for many years at Valley Central Schools. Throughout his life he had several odd jobs along the way. Abner loved to go fishing and spend time with his children and grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughters Darla Mann and Della Rodriguez (Fausto), his grandchildren Estefani, Alexandra and Jonathan, his sisters Della Mann and Nicola Knowles, one niece and two nephews and many cousins. He was predeceased by his son Raymond Davis and wife Patricia Charles, and life partner Emma Smith. Services were handled privately at the convenience of the family.
