Obituary of Donna M. Conklin

Donna Conklin of Ellenville passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was 65. She was the daughter of the late Jacob and Flossie Barringer Polick, born on March 17, 1951 in Ellenville, NY. Donna was a member of the Rod and Gun Club, she enjoyed doing craft and going to yard sales; most of all she loved her trips to the casino. She was a loving person that would always be there for someone that needed a helping hand, she will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved her. She is survived by her children Wanda Clemons and her husband Richard of San Antonio, TX, James Conklin and his companion Christal of Ellenville, Milo Conklin and his wife Stefanie of San Antonio, TX, and Tina Conklin and her fiancée John Hart Jr. of Napanoch, her grandchildren Austin, Shauna, Anthonie, Jonathan, Andrew, Alyssa Scott, Milo Jr., Ethan and Isabella, two great grandchildren Kloe and Jionne her siblings Patricia VanSlyke, Catherine Molloy, Virginia Buley-Becerril, Evelyn Northrop, and Francis Polick. She was predeceased by her devoted husband James H. Conklin who passed away in 2007, and her granddaughter Jaclyn, her siblings Mary Smith, John, Carl, and Paul Polick. There will be a memorial service on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home 396 State Route 52 Woodbourne, NY 12788 from 4-7:00pm. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 7:00pm with Rev. Mike Sparrow officiating.
