Obituary of Luis A Cruz

Luis A. Cruz, Jr., of Woodridge, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2017. He was 32. He was the son of Luis A. and Nilsa V. Cruz, born on December 21, 1984 in Humacao, Puerto Rico. Luis enjoyed music, swimming, eating his favorite food-hamburgers, spending time with his family and playing with his stuffed animals. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend, he will be deeply missed. He is survived by his parents: Luis and Nilsa, of Monticello; his siblings Maribel Cruz of Hurleyville, Claribel Cruz of Florida, Maria Cruz of Monticello, and Luciano Cruz of Florida; his two nieces and five nephews. Visitation will be held from 12 to 2pm at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788 on Saturday, January 21st. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Woodbourne Cemetery.
