Obituary of Thomas L. Falciano

Thomas L. Falciano of Troy, NY passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. He was 84. He was the son of the late Luciano and Victoria Licursi Falciano, born on August 18, 1929 in Manhattan, NY. Tom was the widower of his wife of 63 years, Eleanor Falciano; he will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving children: Barbara A. Falciano of Ellenville, Victoria A Marranca and her husband, Joseph Jr. of Ellenville, Thomas W. Falciano of Round Top, NY, John V. Falciano and his partner, Raymond Essiembre of Troy, NY, and Vincent Falciano and his husband, Justin Schiess of Rochester, NY; his grandchildren: Joseph Marranca III, Maria Greene and her husband, Mark, Nicole Baldovi and her husband, Erik, Thomas M., Lucia and Giovanni Falciano; his great grandchildren: Elizabeth Josephine Greene and James Joseph Greene. He was predeceased by his one brother, John Falciano. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 4th at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 6317 St. Rte. 42, Woodbourne, NY 12788. Interment will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery, Ulster Heights, NY. Donations in Thomas's name may be made to Hospice of Rensselaer County, 295 Valley View Blvd., Rensselaer, NY 12144.
