Obituary of John T. Rose

John T. Rose of Ellenville, NY passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at his home. The son of the late James S. and Dorothy E. (VanDemark) Rose, he was born on February 23, 1958 in Ellenville, NY. John was dearly loved and will be missed by everyone who knew him. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR and racing whether it was from behind the wheel of his #59 racecar or watching from the stands; most of all his grandsons who loved their "Grandpa CoCo". He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved "Pumpkin" his Daddy's girl Diane Marie and her husband Joshua Moore, two grandsons which he loved and adored Johnathan James and Anthony Jacob. Survivors include his best friend and brother, Donald Rose and his wife Sally, his brother Charles "Butch" and his wife Marie Rose, his sister Loretta and her husband Donald Chase, his brother in law Albert Brown and many nieces and nephews to cherish his memory. As well as his loyal dog and companion CoCo. He was predeceased by his brother James S. Rose, his sister Eunice "Cheat" Brown and Carolyn "Sissy" Wells and her husband Edwards Wells. As well as his beloved dog Simba. There will be a Celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
