Joane Miller Mereos September 15 1937-September 20 2014 Livingston Manor, NY Joane Miller Mereos "Nanny" of Livingston Manor, relocated to Hasbrouck Heights, NJ and Parksville, NY passed away with family by her side at the Roscoe Nursing Home on Saturday, September 20th 2014. Joane is survived by her family and friends; daughter Susan Reisner, and granddaughter Melanie Reisner and granddaughter Jamie Sikorski Ward, her husband Tom and their Children Weston and Grace; grandchildren Gill Trujillo, Kenny Alger and Amanda Alger and their children; brother James Miller and wife Cheryl of Illinois; brother David Miller of Monticello; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, George and Irene Miller of Livingston Manor; her sister Carol Curry of Grahamsville; her daughter Patricia Williams Weber. Joane was a dressmaker/seamstress. She may be known as a crazy cat lady and lover of all animals. Joane's spitfire personality and sarcastic sense of humor are unforgettable. She was a lifelong Yankees fan. There will be no visitation. A graveside Funeral will be held at the Livingston Manor Methodist Church Cemetery at 2:30 pm on Sunday September 28th.
