Obituary of Michal Gabrik

Michal Gabrik of Flushing and Mountaindale passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2013 with is loving family by his side. He was the son of the late Michal and Alzeta Surnicinova-Babjakova Gabrik, born on June 19, 1932 in Papin Czechoslovakia. For many years he worked as a tailor for 87th Street Tailor Shop. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife Magdalena Gabrik, his children Paul Gabrik and his wife Judy and Zita Peculic and her husband Steven and two grandchildren. Visitation will be on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at the Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52 Woodbourne, N Y 12788 from 2-4:00 & 7-9:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, October 25, 2013 at 11:00am at St. Mary's St. Andrews Church, State Route 209 Ellenville NY 12428. Interment will follow at Fantinekill Cemetery, Ellenville, NY .
