Obituary of Otto Town

Otto David Towne of Mountaindale passed away on Monday, July 9, 2012 at Catskill Regional Medical Center. He was 66. He was the son of the late Joseph and Viola Simek Towne, born on September 29, 1945 in Ellenville, NY. He was a mechanic for many years and loved working on cars. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend that will be sorely missed by all that knew and loved him. He is survived by sisters: Patricia Towne of Woodbourne, Irene Garafalo and her husband, George of Grahamsville, and Cheryl Towne, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters, Alice Mansfield and Geraldine Towne; brothers, Jerry and James Towne and his companion, Edith Story. Visitation will be on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home from 2 to 4 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home on Saturday, July 14.
